Tasting from winery
Clear lemon yellow with notes of white peach and pineapple, followed by hints of oak. Together with the taste of tropical impressions reminiscent of Viognier. The finish is not particularly long but offers a touch of bitterness and refreshing qualities, along with a subtle sweetness akin to caramelized sugar.
About the producer
Rich Climate and Soil
Located at an altitude of 420 meters near Hiroshima Airport, this area experiences low precipitation and significant temperature differences between day and night. Surrounded by large bedrock, the well-draining climate is ideal for the cultivation of various fruit trees, including grapes.
During the warm, sunny days, the fruits are able to "breathe" and store a lot of nutrients.
On the other hand, on clear, moonlit nights, when the temperature drops, respiration decreases, allowing the fruits to rest without consuming their stored nutrients.
Additionally, during cold nights, the fruits accumulate sugars to prevent the moisture inside from freezing, acting as a self-defense mechanism.
These temperature variations create the perfect conditions for grapes to become sweet and delicious.

"Living Wine"
Made from fruits cultivated using organic or natural farming methods
No use of preservatives, or only minimal use
Fermented with natural yeast present on the grapes
The liquid remains alive even after bottling
Using ingredients grown in a natural environment, we strive to minimize the reflection of chemical processes in our winemaking. "We aim to harmonize as closely as possible with nature, creating gentle wines formed by the power of nature and the wisdom of people." This is what we call living wine.
The sun and moon, along with the universe, provide life and prosperity to the Earth we inhabit. Living things, plants, and the land continue to evolve and thrive through that wonderfully mysterious and often overlooked force.
We avoid placing unnecessary burdens on the grapes. We do not use chemicals for aesthetic purposes, to eliminate seeds, or to artificially enlarge the fruits, nor do we use chemicals to produce the exact same thing every year. We question the need for equipment or facilities that cultivate in opposition to the natural seasons.
Is this truly necessary? What is a real fruit, after all?
Neither humans, plants, nor the Earth are perfect. Each grape has its own individuality. What is important is not to halt this natural flow and create artificial cyborgs, but rather to embrace the individuality of the grapes, the uniqueness of the growers, the creativity of the winemakers, and the wisdom of humanity.
We believe that this idea of living in harmony with nature will support a future that is gentle towards both the Earth and humanity.
